Bio: I have been originating real estate loans for over 25 years. During this time, I have worked in various capacities, from an independent loan agent to a Senior Area Manager with responsibility for eight branch offices and over 150 loan agents. Over the years, I have originated thousands of loans and am a member of the Billion Dollar Club. My education includes the completion of a master’s degree in economics and business, from Stanford University. This training helps me to better understand markets, interest rate changes, and demand and supply for money in the real estate financial markets. I use my education and years of experience to educate my clients and position them to take advantage of the best available programs coupled with the best available financing options. My experience and industry knowledge allows me to provide exceptional service, to my clients, as I walk them through the financial maze of buying or refinancing their real estate property. I don’t own a crystal ball, but I keep a very close eye on the leading real estate and financial market indicators so that my clients can take full advantage of all available market and legislative changes.
