Bio:

With over years of experience in the real estate industry, I am a seasoned 20 property tax analyst, REALTOR and now a Loan Officer who specializes in commercial property valuation and portfolio management. I have a BA in Business Administration of Finance and Marketing from the University of Houston, and I am proficient in various real estate appraisal methods and tools.

I've worked at a leading commercial real estate company, where I oversee the tax assessment, appeal and litigation process for a portfolio of over 500 properties across multiple states. I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as property managers, brokers, attorneys, and tax authorities, to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. I also conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for tax savings and optimization.
