Josh Anderson is an industry veteran who’s never been one to settle for the status quo. With over two decades in the mortgage space, he’s built his career on challenging conventional methods and driving innovation. Formerly the President of Perry Johnson Mortgage Company and EVP at Intercontinental Capital Group—roles in which he transformed processes, led massive growth, and redefined leadership standards—Josh now takes a more agile approach as an independent mortgage broker at Loan Factory.
He leverages his extensive background—beginning as a top 1% loan originator at Quicken Loans and further honed at AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation—to craft tailored mortgage solutions that push boundaries and deliver real value. His leadership style is straightforward and unapologetically direct; he questions traditions and empowers his team by focusing on technology as a cornerstone for success.
Outside of work, Josh lives in Clarkston, MI with his wife, Becky, whom he married in 2010, and their two children, Mia and Liam. A devoted Detroit Lions season ticket holder and self-proclaimed world’s biggest Costco fan, he brings the same passion and authenticity to his personal life as he does in his professional pursuits.
