Mortgage Broker, Kay Grice, joins Loan Factory, Inc. with over a decade of experience in the mortgage industry. Since the beginning of her career as a loan processor in 2013, she has built an impressive, well-rounded skillset. From loan officer assistant to retail mortgage loan officer to mortgage broker, she has a thorough understanding of the loan process. She says, “What I enjoy the most about my job is seeing my clients happy. It’s very rewarding for me to walk my clients through the home buying process from the pre-approval to the closing table. I see myself as an educator to homebuyers. Communication is very important to me, so I thrive off making sure that I’m available for my clients and industry professionals. I am here to help my clients choose the best possible loan program that fits their financial needs.” Kay is licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina. She enjoys helping all the homebuyers she can, especially first-time homebuyers. Whether she’s hosting home buying seminars alongside local REALTORS® or carving a roadmap for clients not ready to buy just yet, she is passionate about serving her community. She is also an NMLS exam prep tutor; helping prospective loan officers pass their licensing exam. In her spare time, she enjoys working out at the gym, dancing, practicing yoga and traveling with friends and family.
