Licensed in California since 2005 with a track record of getting offers accepted. In addition, I instigate prompt transactions between agents, escrow officers, buyers, sellers, contractors, and other parties, while predicting issues before they arise. I have offered quality, value-oriented service and very competitive interest rates. My main objective is providing fiscally responsible transactions and sustaining fiduciary duty for clients. I specialize in helping and guiding buyers/borrowers with information gathered from asking them inquisitive questions for the decision-making process. I have a specialized niche representing and advocating for Veterans wanting to use their "awarded" VA Loan in the competitive Bay Area market but I help everyone. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to, drafting contracts and disclosures, ordering inspections, coordinating appointments, pre approving buyers, outlining all details and expectations, forecasting, anticipating issues, negotiating sale prices, meeting escrow periods, and aiding each party's needs as they arise during negotiations, while continuously collaborating with all in the transaction to sustain full transparency to meet essential deadlines.
