As a licensed Real Estate Agent for 12 years, I worked with Sellers and Buyers. As a Seller's Agent, I listed many homes for sale. As their representative, I not only listed their homes but educated them on the process of selling their homes step by step. One major aspect of educating my clients was staging their properties. By doing this they were able to achieve their highest offers.
As a Buyer's Agent, I educated buyers on the process of purchasing a home and assisted many with finding their dream homes. For several of those 12 years as a Licensed Real Estate Agent, I specialized in Short Sales for homeowners who found themselves in stressful situations. The Mortgage Crisis/ Stock Market Crash, had an enormous effect on many homeowners, which resulted in them facing foreclosure. Those homeowners entrusted me, when many were facing their most difficult times. They authorized me to speak with banks on their behalf to negotiate short sales in lieu of foreclosures. As a negotiator, it was imperative that once the short sale process was initiated that all information and documentation required by the bank was submitted in a timely fashion and that all was accurate. I am pleased to say that my clients were granted short sales and many were granted relocation funds by the banks.
As a Mortgage Loan Originator, I am dedicated and committed to my clients, as well. I have the experience and I am aware of the time sensitivity of delivering documentation required by lenders to approve mortgages. I am here, not only to aid my clients in getting approved but to educate them in the process. My clients can be assured that my professionalism, integrity of my work ethics and communication skills will lead them in achieving their dreams of homeownership.
