William “Bill” Underwood has been in the financial services industry for over 40 years, including working for a prominent Wall Street Investment firm in New York. His commitment to the financial security of his clients allowed him to own several marketing companies providing various wealth-building products.
He turned his attention to the mortgage industry to help his clients navigate the home buying and investing markets. This helps his clients obtain traditional & non-traditional mortgages to continue wealth-building strategies.
My wife and I are avid real estate investors securing invested properties for our portfolio and training others to do the same.
Currently, Mr. Underwood is a licensed mortgage loan officer NMLS# 1423725. Licensed in Pennsylvania & New Jersey.
My work also consists of helping Branch office Brokers and Real estate agents secure appropriate financing for clients that will purchase homes through National Non-QM and Agency mortgages.
