My name is Oswaldo Angel (AKA Mr. Angel). I am a USC graduate with a Masters degree from Pepperdine University. My hobbies include construction, running, and martial arts.
I have spent my last 26 years teaching, tutoring, guiding, and coaching students. I received my license 5 years ago. I have recently made the transition to a full-time loan officer. I want to provide the same level of education, mentoring, and coaching to adults purchasing their first home, or just refinancing to build an ADU. I have found it just as rewarding to help adults in their loan process. Of course, the pay is much better.
