Vivian's Bio:
I was from Malaysia and came to the Bay Area, CA in 1997 after college graduation. I am very fortunate that I met my husband, and many people who helped me to have a successful career. After working as a channel sales manager in the wireless industry for the last 20 years, I found my true calling in the world of mortgages. I believe home buying is 90% preparation and 10% perspiration. My mission is to help individuals and families to build generational wealth by owning their homes. Home Buying and Financing is complicated. My role is to educate my clients on the process, their rights and most importantly how to plan financially, so they can own and maintain their home and their lifestyle. I have helped many individuals who are self employed, have multiple 1099 jobs, ITIN or foreign nationals and many First Time Homebuyers where retail banks might have denied them because they don't fit into the conventional lending box. I am great at finding loan solutions, getting down payment assistance, or putting together a plan to get one mortgage ready. Outside of work, I'm a nature enthusiast. I love hiking and spending time outdoors, which helps me stay refreshed and energized for my clients.
