Being an CPA licensed in California since 2016, Zheng was Finance Director for a local real estate developer and investment company in Southern California. Zheng has extensive knowledge and experience of structuring deals and corporate finance & accounting in fast-paced and high-volume environment.
Driven by a passion for real estate and a desire to expand his expertise, Zheng stepped foot in the field of commercial and residential lending in 2017. With expertise in commercial residential lending, he has assisted clients in securing financing for a wide range of properties, from small single family houses to large-scale developments and residential homes.
Whether it be a first-time home buyer or an experienced one, Zheng is always ready to design the perfect loan to match his clients’ needs, no matter what hurdles stand along the way. Utilizing his unique sense of numbers, knowledge of loan programs, problem-solving skills and steadfast commitment to customer service, Zheng ensures that each borrower receives superior guidance as they pursue one of the most personal investments of their lifetime.
