The following terms and conditions are presented by Loan Factory to govern participation in the Loan Factory Corporate Discount program. To participate in the Program, the applying company (the "Company") agrees to the following:

The Company shall, at its discretion, inform its employees or members of the Program from time to time.
Employees and members shall apply for a mortgage loan through Loan Factory's website at https://www.loanfactory.com, including a coupon code supplied by Loan Factory with each application.
For each approved loan application, Loan Factory shall provide a discount on the loan origination fee that it would ordinarily charge a borrower. Loan Factory may change the amount of such discount or discontinue the Program at its sole discretion, following notice to the Company.

After submitting the form, the HR Department team will review your request within 3-5 days. Following this, you will receive an email confirming your eligibility for the program. For further information, please contact us at 267-900-6000 or corporatediscount@loanfactory.com.
