Continuing Education
Loan Factory’s preferred provider for Loan Officers Continuing Education (CE) course requirements is Mortgage-Education. It is highly recommended to use this provider, not only due to the low cost, but because it will cut down on the number of compliance courses you have to take outside of CE.

Instruction
Follow the instructions below as you will want to start with your Compliance Courses, then purchase the CE from there.
Compliance Courses
All Loan Officers and Employees will be required to complete certain compliance courses at the time of hire and/or annually. These courses are required in order for us to meet all state regulator audit requirements, and are separate from your NMLS requirements.
Loan Officers who will complete CE through Mortgage-Education
Loan Officers who complete CE elsewhere
Non-Loan Officers
Take the assigned Convertible Ethics Course first, then follow the instructions sent to you upon completion, to purchase your CE. This is the RECOMMENDED option as there will be less course-work involved.
You will be assigned the required compliance courses through Mortgage-Education. This is not recommended, as you will have to take more compliance courses outside of CE.
You will be assigned the required compliance courses through Mortgage-Education.
Once courses are assigned, To-Dos will be assigned to you in our system (left side navigation - Associate To-Dos - My To-Dos). Please indicate once completed so our Compliance team can check and clear the To-Do.
Please do this before the deadline, to avoid being locked out of your account.
