We had a great experience purchasing our first home with loan factory! We actually switched to them after our offer got accepted because they offered such an amazing deal!! Understandably we were nervous that we wouldn’t be able to complete everything on time. However, Loan Factory assured us they could and they delivered in their promise! They were very patient and worked quickly to ensure that we got our appraisal and inspections completed, as we were on a time crunch with a short close, in addition to losing days due to Christmas and New Year holidays. At first, we were a little confused as it seemed that many different people were working on the loan, but we found out that they work in an assembly line, each an expert in their area, enabling their efficiency.
