lI wanna say thank you to Natalie and Dean. They are really professional and patient. Before, I got the loan approved from builder'lender but they didnt give me any incentive and I only have 3 weeks to close the home. I tried to call Loan Factory to see if they could give me any incentive and close the home on time. Then, when I talked to Natalie, she gave me better offer and she said that the home would close on time, no worry. After she submitted to the lender and we waited for 1 more week to close the home. Then at that time, we saw another lender gave better offer, Natalie and Dean tried to resubmitted and close the home on time. Anyway, I wish I could give 10 stars to Natalie and Dean!
