Mortgage Branch Manager (Vietnamese Speaking)

Position Overview: As a Branch Manager at Loan Factory, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our mortgage brokerage branch. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership:

    • Lead and motivate a team of mortgage loan officers, processors, and support staff.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and goal achievement.
  2. Business Development:

    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch targets for loan origination, revenue, and market share.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and other key partners to generate referral business.
    • Build a strong company presence both locally and on social media.
  3. Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations governing mortgage lending.
    • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to manage operational risks effectively.
  4. Customer Service Excellence:

    • Uphold a customer-centric approach, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service throughout the mortgage process.
    • Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
    • Implement corrective actions and strategies to address any performance gaps and enhance overall productivity.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage lending.
  3. Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role within the mortgage industry.
  4. Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  6. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
  7. Fluent in both written and spoken Vietnamese is a must.
