Position Overview: As a Branch Manager at Loan Factory, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our mortgage brokerage branch. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a team of mortgage loan officers, processors, and support staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and goal achievement.
Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch targets for loan origination, revenue, and market share.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and other key partners to generate referral business.
- Build a strong company presence both locally and on social media.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations governing mortgage lending.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to manage operational risks effectively.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Uphold a customer-centric approach, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service throughout the mortgage process.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Implement corrective actions and strategies to address any performance gaps and enhance overall productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage lending.
- Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role within the mortgage industry.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Vietnamese is a must.
