We are looking to hire strong talent with extensive experience in the mortgage industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of mortgage lending guidelines and regulations, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle a high loan volume. The candidate must be able to work well in a team environment, with a willingness to train and mentor more junior teammates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mortgage loan processor or similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and procedures.

• Proficiency with mortgage loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bilingual in Vietnamese/ Mandarin/ Arabic

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.

• Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new processes and technologies.
