Wholesale Brokers may request a rate lock extension within 15 days before the lock expiration date. Rate Locks may only be extended for a maximum of 15 days from the original expiration date at a cost of 0.025% (2.5 basis points) per day and a maximum of forty-five (45) days total.

Bank Statements Loan- we accept multiple bank statements to qualify, we can go as low as 10% business expense, we allow institutional 2nd behind our first (we can do the 1st and 2nd)
Profit and Loss: If the P&L is prepare by CPA, CTEC, or EA we don’t need 2 mos bank statements. The letter can state that that the tax preparer attest to prepare the taxes or it can say REVIEW.
ITIN-we can go up to 85% LTV full doc. We also have profit and Loss for this program as well.
Brokers First Funding we will do loan amount exceptions and Ltv exceptions with good compensation factors.
