She started her career in Mortgage in 1996 with a hard money lender and just purchased her 23rd Fix & Flip property in June 2024. Working as a Loan Officer for Utah's two largest Credit Unions for 20+ years is now an independent Licensed Mortgage Broker (NMLS 361738 - Utah, Idaho), She is also the Owner of Rehab2Fab, a Real Estate Investment Company that buys and sells wholesale real estate. Tracey has also served as a Board Member of Utah Real Estate Investors Association (UREIA) and is a current active Board Member of Northern Utah Real Estate Investors Association (NUREIA).
